We first used our new K410 48L Mini Oven with 2 Ceramic Hobs on Christmas Day, 2025. Everything cooked perfectly, but unfortunately the fan stopped working. Whilst there’s never a good time for your oven to stop working, during the holidays is very inconvenient, coupled with a period of reduced customer support. This fact notwithstanding, Emily and Sam reached out in the most timely manner to arrange the immediate collection of faulty oven (no questions asked) and dispatch its replacement. Despite getting off to a bad start, our new oven looks and feels like a premium product and is an absolute joy to use, with results to match. Together with the excellent, kind assistance of Emily and Sam at customer service, we highly recommend both product and company. Cooks Professional can rely upon our brand loyalty in the future.
