My item required by law proof of age I offered to show my passport but the courier wanted the last four numbers of it to take. I wasn't happy that it was to do with my age as I am 70 years old you can see I'm over 18 I am now struggling to get my money back.I paid for an item and it was not delivered I should have an automatic refund. I am distressed and very unhappy.Happy New Year Please 😭
