Absolutely 1st class service from Cooks Professional and the Customer Service agents (especially Sam) went out of their way to help resolve an issue we encountered. All email communications were answered promptly and followed up with phone calls to keep us informed at every stage. They bent over backwards to ensure our problem was resolved as quickly as possible and that my elderly Mother was completely satisfied with the actions taken. Would highly recommend this company due to its service and after sales service / customer service alone, plus the mini oven we purchased for my elderly mothers kitchen is an ideal size for her needs and meets all her requirements, plus it was very good value for money.
