I had to return the breadmaker as there seemed to be a fault, in that the bread it produced was quite dense and not as I expected/wanted.However the response from Customer Service ( specifically Sam and Emily) was the best I have ever had from any organisation ever. They organised a collection from my door, by Royal Mail, the next day - amazing.
