I bought a kitchen appliance and my family is absolutely excited about it. Since we got it, we've been making pancakes and Japanese Dorayaki almost every weekend. Unfortunately, the lid became a bit loose over time. I contacted the support team and they quickly offered a free replacement lid. Since that part was out of stock, they sent me a brand-new unit instead! No product is perfect or lasts forever, but excellent companies are defined by how they address issues. The company truly excels with their outstanding after-sales support. I will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The item itself was lightweight and easy to handle compared to other casseroles. It looks stylish and came with matching pot holders and a charming button on the lid. Very suitable for displaying in the kitchen with pride!
I won't purchase the pots anymore, as they are of the same quality as basic non-stick pans without harmful chemicals... So, they aren't worth the price! Before writing this review, I reached out to customer service twice. I think that says something about the customer service...
