i) I was informed that if the product was ordered on Friday 13th, it would be delivered on Sat 14th so I placed my order since I needed to use it for Saturday evening or Sunday BUT I was later notified by BPost that it could not delivered at my place AND it wouldn't be available for the pick-up till Monday 16th.
ii) One of the main reasons to place my order with Coolblue was the home delivery. But I needed to pick it up myself. The product was quite heavy (~7 kgs) & the pick-up place was not so close to my place.
iii) The packaging was torn. (Pictures will be available on demand).
