I paid €4,500 for a premium Miele laundry set via Coolblue. The dryer (Miele TQ 1000 WP Nova Edition) was defective on arrival — error code F207 on first use. My old dryer was already taken away.
Coolblue's solution? Wait more than a week for either a replacement or a repair. No urgency, no ownership, no compensation offered.
For a premium product at this price point, this is completely unacceptable. I expect better.
