Subscription service is terrible!
Plus Coolblue is falsely advertising that in case of a problem they resolve it in 2 business days, which is not true and was also even confirmed to me by their costumer service.
I have a subscription for a dryer that has not been working for over a week and with no replies as to confirm a date it can be repaired.
Terrible. Really do not recommend.
At least if the machine is yours, you have other options and can fix any problems faster.
Plus, will not continue to be a client of a place that lies to customers.
