Our rented washing machine stopped working, we booked a repair appointment for the earliest slot available. On the appointment we were told the machine wasn’t repairable and needed a part to be ordered which would take a few days and the earliest appointment to replace the part was a week later. A week later the repair man arrived to say the part hadn’t arrived and therefore he couldn’t fix the machine and, due to this a new machine would arrive the following day and therefore faulty machine would be collected at the same time. No delivery or return was made the following day. On following up on email I was told no return/replacement had been logged but not to worry I would be. I also received a PostNL return label to return the machine myself which apparently was a ‘system error’. We were told Saturday was now the date for return/replacement - another whole day spent at home waiting for nothing as, guess what, no return/replacement. On calling we were told, guess what, oh your return isn’t logged, we will do it now and your return/replacement will be on Sunday only to receive another email from Coolblue saying let us know some optional dates for delivery. Just called again and they’ve said tomorrow/sunday….
