I purchased a power supply from an online retailer for €70, and it buzzed even when the PC was off, with the noise detectable from 5 meters away. I reached out to the retailer, who directed me to the manufacturer. When I contacted them, they told me to go back to the retailer. I provided proof of the retailer's lack of assistance, but they still insisted I contact them. After sending multiple emails, I received the same unhelpful reply each time. It seems they do everything possible to avoid warranty claims. While I may forget this €70 loss, I will never buy from this manufacturer again – it has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
