Frustrating warranty experience.

I bought a power supply for €70, and it buzzed loudly even when the PC was off. After reaching out to the retailer, I was directed to the manufacturer, who told me to go back to the retailer. Despite showing evidence of the retailer's unhelpfulness, they insisted I contact them again. After numerous emails, I received no useful response. They seem to do everything possible to dodge warranty claims. I might forget this €70 loss, but I will definitely avoid products from this manufacturer in the future – this has been the worst customer service experience I've had.

This company is unhelpful and arrogant.

This company has an inflated sense of self-importance, suggesting customers void their warranty instead of providing a solution that keeps the warranty intact. Their customer service feels robotic and is far from helpful. I cannot recommend supporting this company; they have clearly lost their way. A public apology is warranted.

Extremely poor customer support. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a power supply from an online retailer for €70, and it buzzed even when the PC was off, with the noise detectable from 5 meters away. I reached out to the retailer, who directed me to the manufacturer. When I contacted them, they told me to go back to the retailer. I provided proof of the retailer's lack of assistance, but they still insisted I contact them. After sending multiple emails, I received the same unhelpful reply each time. It seems they do everything possible to avoid warranty claims. While I may forget this €70 loss, I will never buy from this manufacturer again – it has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Excellent cooling performance.

I recently replaced an older cooling unit after 6 years of reliable service. It exceeded my expectations in cooling a Ryzen 5 processor in a gaming PC. The hardware pack offers multiple fitting options, including thermal compound. I have had several items over the years, and all have met my expectations. One tip not often mentioned is to set the pump to run continuously in the BIOS while allowing the radiator fans to adjust based on processor temperature.

Consider other brands.

I own several components from this manufacturer, but only the case and power supply have been problem-free. One fan from the RGB series became noisy and unbalanced, requiring manual adjustment. Another AIO fan had a factory RGB issue. The biggest concern is the dreadful software; it either fails to install, launch, or save settings. Many users have reported similar issues, and I believe there are too many negative experiences for anyone to risk trying this brand.

Keyboard performance issues.

The lag on their keyboards is astonishing. I bought several from their SK series, and while they started off well, they became nearly unusable after a few weeks. This is the worst keyboard experience I've encountered.

No support for warranty claims.

My power supply failed within the warranty period, and the manufacturer showed no interest in assisting me. I have previously purchased from this manufacturer for myself and friends, but their warranty is now worthless. They make it incredibly difficult to contact them, and getting an RMA number is nearly impossible. It feels like they want you to give up. Their customer support is clearly only interested in profit, so be warned if you have a warranty claim – it's not worth the hassle.

Extremely disappointing service.

I received a damaged item (smashed glass panel) and refused delivery. The customer support is rude and unhelpful, and now they are not responding to my emails. They have my money and the item. I strongly advise against spending your money with this company; avoid them at all costs!
