My power supply failed within the warranty period, and the manufacturer showed no interest in assisting me. I have previously purchased from this manufacturer for myself and friends, but their warranty is now worthless. They make it incredibly difficult to contact them, and getting an RMA number is nearly impossible. It feels like they want you to give up. Their customer support is clearly only interested in profit, so be warned if you have a warranty claim – it's not worth the hassle.
