Store I bought a product from was unhelpful and unresponsive.Cooler Master is refusing to RMA a product for testing even though I'm having issues relating to it.I can't go to the store as they aren't helping and/or aren't responding. It's been 12 days and I haven't received a response since I explained this to Cooler Master a second time asking them to please read the first paragraph of my original message.
