I bought a power supply for €70, and it buzzed loudly even when the PC was off. After reaching out to the retailer, I was directed to the manufacturer, who told me to go back to the retailer. Despite showing evidence of the retailer's unhelpfulness, they insisted I contact them again. After numerous emails, I received no useful response. They seem to do everything possible to dodge warranty claims. I might forget this €70 loss, but I will definitely avoid products from this manufacturer in the future – this has been the worst customer service experience I've had.
