I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. My emails inquiring about the expected delivery have gone unanswered. After sharing my concerns on social media, I found many others in the same situation—waiting for orders and receiving no responses. It appears they have oversold and cannot fulfill the orders. They've taken the money without delivering, and now I’m uncertain if we will ever receive our order. I had to purchase from another seller for a gift, which ended up costing me much more.
