Postage was free and the items came within a few days.
The pork scratchings were gorgeous, just the right amount of crunch and soft fat, we ordered the optional triple seasoning so they were extra tasty, i love a salty scrathing and these were perfect.
I would definitely recommend

First rate, totally delicious Scratchings. Added 2 packs Worcestershire Sauce flavour to 1kg jar of Original for a Winter treat in the dark days. Order delivered promptly and well packed.
Originals are as Awesome as ever, Worcester Sauce ones are Terrifically Tangy for a different taste sensation. Love them both. Very Happy Customer, again 😋

Extremely disappointing experience with delayed order

My order finally arrived 6 weeks later, and I received no response when I requested a refund. I was simply looking for my money back after all the letdowns and frustration. Instead, I'm stuck with a box full of substitutes for the original flavor, which I could have easily purchased at any grocery store. Don't waste your money! The ethics of this company are appalling, especially when they flaunt their profits on social media. Now, I have to cover the return shipping costs, and there will be no refunds for the extra charge of 'guaranteed Christmas delivery'—what a joke.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! Once again, there's no way to reach this ineffective company! I'm back to leave another review, and all I get are automated responses, no contact number (not surprising), and I'm being sent in circles. Get your act together, as the management seems incapable of handling even a simple situation. I've shared my order number multiple times to resolve the issue. To everyone else who has paid, I empathize with your frustration! Feeling let down 👎👇 -10 for such poor conduct...

Disappointed After Giving Them a Chance

I really wanted to give them a fair shot, but today I've reached my limit. Like many others, I ordered Christmas gifts on December 1st and paid for delivery. I was ready to reach out before Christmas but saw their note about delays. On the 24th, I sent an email and received no automated reply or any acknowledgment. I tried again, but still no response. A few days ago, I emailed for the third time after being notified of a refund due to an out-of-stock item, and I finally got an automated reply. Today, my package arrived, but out of the five items I ordered, only two were correct. The rest were completely different items. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. I’m not even sure what to do with the items they sent. It's no wonder they don’t have a contact number; they would likely be overwhelmed.

Lack of customer support and communication.

There is no customer service available. No contact number or return policy information can be found. Very untrustworthy! Delivery times are excessively long, taking weeks or even a month. Numerous social media inquiries about orders have been removed, with hundreds of comments erased. They even modified the post about the Black Friday delays, eliminating all comments to make it seem like a successful promotion, while they failed to deliver orders for the holiday season! New visitors are misled, seeing no mention of delays. It feels like a scam, especially since they promised to resolve these issues last year but have not delivered.

Great selection of scratchings for the holidays

I was really in the mood for some scratchings during the Christmas season, and one website that kept appearing was quite appealing. They offered a sample pack at a reasonable price with a good variety. I tried the black pepper flavor, and despite its simplicity, it was incredibly addictive—I found myself wanting to save the seasoning for other uses. The habanero flavor wasn’t overly spicy, which was a nice surprise. However, I wasn’t a fan of the maple and sweet chili flavors; the sweet chili had a strange taste, and the maple didn’t come through well. The salt and vinegar flavor reminded me of enjoying a bag of chips with that taste, and it was also very enjoyable. Overall, everything tasted fresh, with no issues, except for the sweet chili. I will definitely order again and will know which flavors to choose next time.

Not worth the hassle of ordering.

Not worth the hassle of ordering. I made a purchase last year and it took an eternity to arrive. I received the same excuses about being a new company facing warehouse and staffing challenges. I placed an order on December 6th this year and still haven't received anything. I've emailed them four times, three of which were requests to cancel my order. Their response was identical to last year's, citing staffing issues and the need for a larger warehouse, while assuring me of delivery by Christmas. Definitely not worth it if you expect timely delivery.

Order placed over a month ago, still no delivery.

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. My emails inquiring about the expected delivery have gone unanswered. After sharing my concerns on social media, I found many others in the same situation—waiting for orders and receiving no responses. It appears they have oversold and cannot fulfill the orders. They've taken the money without delivering, and now I’m uncertain if we will ever receive our order. I had to purchase from another seller for a gift, which ended up costing me much more. I've lost my trust and will be reporting this as a lost transaction. I recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid wasting your money and dealing with unnecessary stress.
