I really wanted to give them a fair shot, but today I've reached my limit. Like many others, I ordered Christmas gifts on December 1st and paid for delivery. I was ready to reach out before Christmas but saw their note about delays. On the 24th, I sent an email and received no automated reply or any acknowledgment. I tried again, but still no response. A few days ago, I emailed for the third time after being notified of a refund due to an out-of-stock item, and I finally got an automated reply. Today, my package arrived, but out of the five items I ordered, only two were correct. The rest were completely different items. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them. I’m not even sure what to do with the items they sent. It's no wonder they don’t have a contact number; they would likely be overwhelmed.
