I purchased the pair of sneakers using the 10% welcome discount. When they arrived, I realized I needed a smaller size, so I returned them and ordered the exact same model in the next size down without discount.I was disappointed to see that I was charged for the return (12€). I don’t think it’s fair to charge a return fee in this situation, especially when I immediately bought the same product again in a different size.I really like your products and overall shopping experience, but this policy makes me reconsider making future purchases.
