Coolway has horrific customer service. After failing to ship my order twice, and ignoring emails for up to 10 days at a time, I can genuinely say this is the worst customer service I've had in years. I would NOT recommend buying from them. I emailed no less than 10 times over a month and was often ignored completely.

Shoes meant to arrive Dec 20 didn't come until Jan 30th.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service

I was initially impressed by the company's policy promising assistance in finding the right fit, offering a free first exchange. I followed through with the exchange, and according to my USPS tracking, the shoes were received on their end, but I received no confirmation or next steps. I've reached out via email twice without a response and have also messaged on social media. This has been a terrible customer experience that negatively impacts the brand's reputation. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. Generally, customer service in the US is excellent, but this situation is disheartening—I'm confident I wouldn't face such issues with other major brands. It's frustrating to feel like I've been cheated out of my money, as it seems the company has essentially taken advantage of me. I really hope someone addresses this matter.

I have been unable to resolve my issue through customer support. I keep waiting for a reply, only to receive a broken link for exchanging my shoes. I bought a size 40 (my usual size) and need to switch to a 41. The exchange link doesn't work and states I'm ineligible for a return because I purchased during a sale. I just want to exchange, not return. I'm extremely frustrated and reconsidering buying a gift for my sister due to this poor service.

Struggling to get assistance...

I have been unable to get help from customer support. I keep waiting for a response, only to receive a broken link for exchanging my shoes. I ordered a size 40 (which is my usual size) and need to switch to a 41. The exchange link doesn't function and keeps saying I'm ineligible for a return since I purchased during a sale. However, I'm not trying to return; I just want to exchange. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and am reconsidering a gift for my sister's birthday due to this poor service.

No delivery & No feedback

I ordered items on December 10, expecting them to arrive in time for Christmas. I received an email on December 17 stating there was still time for delivery. However, they were only dispatched on December 22. I still haven't received anything, and tracking has not been updated since December 24. I've sent multiple emails with no response. This is the worst customer service experience.

It started off well...

Initially, everything was great. The service was understanding and responsive, allowing me to return shoes for store credit. However, after returning the parcel, it went missing. Tracking shows it was delivered on December 4, but the company claims they haven't received it. It's now December 18, and I can't seem to reach anyone who can help. It's frustrating to feel powerless in this situation, especially during a busy shipping season.

Avoid this company!

I regret ordering from this company! I placed an order on November 25, and three weeks later, my package still hasn't arrived. It seems to be lost. If you like their products, consider purchasing from a different retailer instead.

CAUTION! No response from support!

The customer service has been a complete nightmare! I have two pairs of shoes to return and have received no reply regarding a return label. Entering my order number and email leads to a neutral screen. Without a customer service phone number, I'm at a loss. I've reached out numerous times with no response!

Received wrong color!

They sent the wrong color, and now I'm struggling to reach anyone to rectify this. I need the correct shoe in a smaller size. They claim exchanges are allowed once, but that shouldn't apply if they sent the wrong item.
