Yesterday we had a beautiful funeral for my Mam, arranged by Jessica from concord, Washington Co-op funeral care. From our first meeting through to today's service Jessica made the funeral feel effortless but thorough. She put us at ease and was on hand to answer any queries. The communication was spot on, with useful updates on the funeral date and specific timings via phonecall and email. I thought organising a funeral would be alot harder but they have everything covered and Jessica chose us a wonderful celebrant to lead the service who did an amazing job for us. So grateful for everything they did, made such a sad time so much easier. Thank you!
