I ordered a rug on November 6th, and today is December 10th. After spending a lot of money, I waited a week for an update on dispatch, which was supposed to occur before delivery. I finally received an alert saying it was with the delivery service and would arrive soon. After several days of waiting, I was informed by the delivery service that the parcel was 'lost.' The management searched the warehouse but could not find it, clearly indicating a failure on the part of the company. Additionally, poor customer service meant it took a week and a half of ineffective emails to arrange a replacement order. A week later, still no updates or tracking information, and I received an email stating that our supplier could not fulfill the order.
