I placed an order with Coopers of Stortford
I paid for it, got a paypal reciept
But I never got an order number or a date it would be delivered
I gave em a call, spoke to someone on their order line (pointless calling the other numbers they ask you to press, no one answers)
They gave me an order number and said I would get it as an email
Well that never happened
Still waiting for my email and the correct order number
Their lines are always busy answering other calls, regardless of what ever time you call them
Maybe they need to employ more operators

The items that I ordered arrived in good time and everything worked as expected - the Heat Pod is amazing its a good clothes drying device before having to use a tumble dryer. I have ordered three items from you and have not been disappointed in anyway whatsoever, it is really good service and the products on offer are well thought,
The item i purchased as a gift was broken, it took that long to receive a reply from customer service that my son glued the repair. An apology was given but nothing else… shoddy will not order agan
I returned an item on January 15th and I am still waiting for a satisfactory reply to my emails.I amm getting the standard reply of contact within 3 days and but nothing happens.However I shall persist in claiming my refund.
I purchased two foldaway tables because my husband had just returned from the hospital and we had a bed in our lounge. I needed tables that could be easily moved around, similar to those in the hospital. They are excellent, and everyone has complimented them. They are so easy to dismantle that I can store them and use them whenever I need extra side tables. 😀
My grandmother used to order from this service until I advised her to stop. Everything she received was low-quality and didn’t last. They charged her exorbitant fees just to place an order due to the premium rate number! Thankfully, she has decided to stop using them. There are better quality options and more affordable prices available elsewhere, along with superior service.

Eventually, I received a notification that it was on its way, but after several days, the status remained 'out for delivery soon.' The delivery service informed me that the package was 'lost.' Management couldn’t find my parcel, which is clearly the company's fault. Customer service was lacking; it took a week and a half of poorly managed emails to arrange a replacement order. A week later, still no updates or tracking information, and I received a message stating that our supplier cannot fulfill the order. Happy holidays to all, but if you want your loved ones to receive gifts, think twice before ordering here.

I purchased a 24 LED rechargeable magnifier. Due to cataracts, reading has been difficult, even after surgery. This magnifier has been a tremendous help with its three levels of magnification. I highly recommend this product for anyone with poor eyesight. The company was very efficient with delivery, and I have always been satisfied with them.
