Absolutely shocking customer service. Trying to get a refund or replacement for a faulty item, which is pillow that's somehow ripped down the middle while being in my pillow case. It's taken over a week of email correspondence and I'm still no further forward as they only reply every 2 days. By the middle of the correspondence the item was out of stock so I'm left with no choice but to get a refund. Their email system sends an automatic response of "This email is confirmation that we have received your enquiry and a member of our team will respond within 3 working days." after Every. Single. EMAIL! Completely infuriating process, I just want my money back and to never ever deal with this company again. Lesson learned to buy elsewhere even if it is more expensive. Hopefully I get my money back some day... I'm not exactly holding out hope.
