The representative mentioned that the supplier does not handle public inquiries directly and referred me back to the practice. They can only assess worn lenses against a sealed, unused lens for manufacturing faults. If a second lens from the same box is defective, they suggest bringing back the box for further assessment. However, I’ll be trialed on a different lens design during my next eye exam before ordering any.
