This venue is absolutely dreadful! We attended a concert and it turned into the worst experience imaginable. The drive from our home took three hours instead of the usual hour, with one hour spent just traveling a few miles. The parking fee of £25 felt outrageous. We arrived late, missing part of the show due to poor signage and lack of staff to guide us. The seating arrangement was also a nightmare; I had booked aisle seats but ended up in the middle of a row, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The seats were cramped, and I struggled to find space even for my coat. The chaos continued during the interval with long queues and confusion. Given the overall discomfort and disorganization, I am resolved never to return to this venue.
