What a disappointment! I was stuck in traffic for over an hour trying to reach the concert. Contacting the venue was impossible, which added to the frustration as I missed parts of a concert I was eagerly anticipating. The parking situation was poorly designed, leaving me unable to access it easily. Once inside, I missed the first two songs of the performance, which was fantastic, but the rude staff and disorganization ruined the experience. I will not return to this venue and suggest others reconsider before attending.
