Olivia Rodrigo cancelled concert. Was suppose to be in May. We're now end of August and not one word of an update from anyone. have emailed Co-op Live many times. Just get stock responses back. 'She's been given dates from us - it's up to her if she wants to perform on those dates' , 'no timescale to settle this', then if I query this, they just say 'contact your provider for a refund'.After the ridiculous procedures of ballots/waiting rooms/complete frenzy of getting tickets these days, I don't want a refund in case of the very slim chance of a rearranged date - but 4 months to sort this out?? If not bordering on illegal, it's completely immoral and selfish
