This was my initial experience at the venue, despite my family having visited previously. I hope artists consider the feedback before scheduling shows here. The traffic flow to enter the grounds was frustratingly slow. Upon entering the building, the overall appearance was decent, and we didn't encounter the long queues others have reported, likely due to our prolonged wait in the car to access the parking area. Significant investment has gone into the lighting around the exterior, and the restrooms feature stylish sinks, although there are fewer toilets compared to other venues. The addition of escalators to the upper levels is a nice touch. However, the experience of sitting in a regular seat was less comfortable than in many older theaters. The seat sizes were restrictive, and the fixed armrests made it difficult to move them out of the way. There was minimal legroom, making it challenging for others to pass when standing up to let them through. The sound quality was not exceptional, especially from tier 3, where we struggled to feel the energy from the band or the audience; everything seemed muted. We could see others enjoying themselves, but it felt like we were separated from the atmosphere. My usual venue will remain the more attractive option for a variety of reasons. If they could improve the lifts or add escalators, it would enhance the experience. However, better seating and a more vibrant environment would make it truly enjoyable.
