I had a very frustrating experience with Coordinadora as a shipping company associated with Amazon. As an Amazon customer, I have never had delivery problems in Colombia, and this was the first time I experienced an issue—specifically because the shipping company was Coordinadora instead of the one usually used.They claimed they could not find my address in Colombia, and instead of calling me for instructions, they simply left. Normally, delivery personnel call to ask for further directions or a location pin, but in this case, they did not make any effort.I contacted Coordinadora to find a solution, but they only told me to change my address to one in the town. I do not understand why I should have to change my address when I have never had this problem before. It felt as if they were threatening me with the package, implying that if I wanted to receive it, I had no choice but to change the address.This situation is unacceptable. Not only are they damaging their own reputation, but they are also affecting my relationship with Amazon as a customer. If Amazon continues to use Coordinadora I would seriously reconsider purchasing from Amazon again.
