I had an extremely disappointing experience with the shipping service associated with my recent order. As a regular customer, I have never encountered delivery issues in Colombia, and this was the first time I faced a problem—specifically because the shipping service was different from the usual one.
They claimed they couldn’t locate my address in Colombia, and instead of reaching out for clarification, they simply left. Typically, delivery personnel will call to request further directions or a location pin, but in this instance, there was no effort made.
I reached out to the shipping service for assistance, but they only suggested that I change my address to one in a nearby town. I don’t understand why I should have to alter my address when I’ve never faced this issue before. It felt as though they were pressuring me regarding the package, implying that if I wanted it, I had no option but to change my address.
This situation is unacceptable. Not only are they harming their own reputation, but they are also jeopardizing my relationship with the platform as a customer. If the platform continues to use this shipping service, I would seriously think twice about making future purchases.
