☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Copart GermanyOur company recently had a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience with Copart Germany.After completing full payment for a purchase, we contacted the finance department by email more than 48 hours ago to confirm receipt and obtain a payment confirmation. To this day, there has been no response whatsoever — not even a simple acknowledgment.When we later called to clarify the situation, the staff member on the phone stated that “nothing can be done,” and then abruptly ended the call. Such behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable — especially coming from a company that claims to operate on an international level.Because of Copart Germany’s internal negligence, we were forced to reschedule transport and pay double shipping costs, leading to unnecessary financial losses and wasted time.This is not how a reputable organization treats its clients. We expected professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect — not silence and arrogance.Unless this issue is promptly addressed, we will have no choice but to share our full experience publicly across all professional channels — including all documentation and proof of the additional costs caused by Copart’s failure to act.We strongly advise anyone dealing with Copart Germany to be extremely cautious.
