COPART DEUTSCHLAND - BIGGEST SCAM EVER FAKE BIDS and trying to force onto you lots that you never won. Was bidding on a couple of lots two weeks ago ( Live bidding ) and i lost all of the lots i bid on, lost by one bid, against the same bidder ( that's my guess ) or against Copart who were trying to raise me up on the bid, the thing is i lost all of them and also got the confirmation e-mail that my bids where not the highest and i lost. 3 days later i get an e-mail from Copart Deutschland that i am the winner of 2 lots ( where i was not the highest bidder ) and they invoiced me to pay for them. Immediately called Copart to see what happened and if there is something wrong with their system, their answer was that i should check the terms and conditions and under article 5.2 that all bids are binding and if i won`t pay for the vehicles i will have to pay a "relist fee" of about 400Euros that actually the winner of the auction will have to pay it in case he refuses to buy it so they can relist the vehicle again. Guess what? I`m not the highest bidder, so, if i`m not the highest bidder, and the winner payed the relist fee, how come they did not relist the vehicle, and tried to dump it on other bidders ? ( also after collecting the "relist fee")IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION FOR THE SECOND,THIRD,FORTH HIGHEST BIDDER FOR A LOT, AND THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT AS THE SECOND HIGHEST BIDDER YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A RELIST FEE.IN CASE THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION PLEASE CONTACT ME
