Honestly, I had no clue what I was doing at first. Tried to connect my broker using tradelocker as receiver and MT as master and got stuck on the whole symbol matching thing. Hit up support and they were super chill, walked me through everything and didn’t make feel dumb for asking beginner questions.Now everything just works. Trades come in and it’s accurate. I’m pretty sure there’s some smart AI in the background cause my trades hardly ever mess up.Had another moment where I was stuck with Tradingview alerts, I didn’t know what format to use for messages. Support said just put whatever text, JSON or not, and copygram will figure it out. Gave it a shot and yeah it worked. I suggest for the team to mention this on their doc, it can be helpful for other users too.Anyway, I’m happy with how it’s going. Makes things way less stressful and support is actually helpful when you need it.
