My biggest concern/Pet Peeve is the fact that I did not realize I had signed up for the yearly renewal without realizing it. I had stopped using the service, but was charged another yearly fee. When I noticed the charge, I immediately followed Copygram’s policy to get a refund, but never heard back, nor did I get a credit to my card. I followed up with another email, and the only response I got was a 1-line email asking why I wanted a refund. I responded to let them know that I didn’t realize I had signed up for reoccurring billing, and that I no longer use the service. No response/No Credit. I feel they just want your money, and are not interested in customer service. So yes, they got a yearly fee out of me, and I haven’t used the product. Therefore, I want to stop anyone that I can from making the same mistake I made.
