When I saw charges for this app, I immediately reached out to the customer service email address and explained that I had not created an account with them and I would like it cancelled and refunded. After MONTHS of trying to get reimbursed for the charges they have only refunded half. I reported fraud to the card that was charged with my bank, cancelling my card. I’ve tried to call the customer service number, the email address and to no avail I cannot get a real person on the phone. This company runs solely on AI and it’s impossible to reach someone to actually assist. I’ve left a complaint on BBB and had to contact my local police department.
