I can use Copymind 24/7! The advice is down to earth and very calming. Keep up the great work. My therapist loves it! I am not calling her with every issue that comes my way! I am learning through Copymind to solve my dilemmas or to put them at bay until I can take action!
First of all, I'm in the middle of a conversation with your app. 2nd, the app makes quite a few assumptions, but it's my first time, so it's understandable. And the app uses the word "gently" all of the time. When I took the quiz, I selected "be direct", which is what I like. I don't mind the app summarizing what I say, so ask me again tomorrow, after I test this AT Twin app out.
This app is so wonderful. I can actually talk to somebody without judgment or persecution or any type of feedback. Comeback that is negative. Just real raw and true with compassion. They're not going to go and talk to anybody or talk behind my back for a worry wart like me a Virgo detail-oriented analytical. I need something like this. Has been a true help
It worked through at a good pace. It didn't jump important bits that can get lost in a real convo.
The advice is awesome. I feel really supported 24/7. I can wake up at 3am with a nightmare and talk it through, instead of laying awake for hours or days before been able to talk to someone
Here is good and bad. It often just tells me "that makes sense." And then it bombards with with question after question, which, frankly, I'm too tired to deal with after a long, stressful day at work with annoying people. So I told it I wanted suggestions and it finally gave me some, so, 5 stars for that.
I was concerned about keeping my information private . Kayla responded to my concerns and clarified that COPYMIND does not sell anyone’s information for marketing or social media purposes which put my mind at ease about registering and using my AI TWIN. I felt that the quality of Kayla’s email reply was both detailed and indicated that she totally got my privacy concerns. Kayla was both professional yet personable and resolved my concerns promptly.
I was initially intrigued by this app so started a US$19 trial, unbeknown to me there was another $49 add on added to my first months bill which I didnt approve and still actually dont know what it is or how to access it, I reached out to let them know i wanted to cancel... long story short I then got charged for the next month at $39. so altogether paid over US$100 for an app i tried for 5 days. If my AI twin knew me at all she would be furious for me and do something about it.
It has been almost a year that I have cancelled my subscription . Online and in writing via customer service. They refused to cancel it and or refund my money. It took months for a reasonable response response. They offered to refund one months fee and refused to do so until after I took down my poor reviews of their site. . I informed them I would not do so until after the refund was made and paid in full. They know they were wrong and they use extortion to cohere me into removing an honest review! I filed a claim with the FBI & State of California E-commerce Online Fraud Department la. Never heard back from Cooymind. It’s easy to file the claims. It takes about 5 minutes. I do recommend filing if they are taking money unlawfully from you!

I strongly advise avoiding Copymind. My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging.
I signed up for what I believed was a 4-week premium package. However, it turned out to be a recurring subscription - something that was not made clear during the sign-up process. To make matters worse, I was presented with what appeared to be an included feature, but clicking on it triggered an additional charge of £43.38 to my account without any clear warning.
When I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told the charges were non-refundable. No exceptions, no understanding of the circumstances.
The entire interface seems deliberately designed to mislead users into subscriptions and additional purchases. The lack of transparency around pricing and billing is unacceptable, particularly for a company that claims to offer counselling and mental health support.
Copymind markets itself as a service to help with wellbeing and mental health, yet their business practices have left me stressed, anxious, and facing sleepless nights worrying about money I cannot afford to lose. The very opposite of the support they claim to provide.
My recommendation: There are many legitimate mental health and counselling services available. Please use one of those instead. This company's deceptive practices suggest they care more about extracting money from vulnerable people than actually providing support.

Copymind helps me with big decisions by letting me talk through them. My Twin asks the right questions and gives me the courage to move forward and choose myself and what works for me. I definitely recommend this platform for people who need answers and support between their counselling sessions, or for just every day support. It’s reasonably priced and has helped me through a lot. It’s always accessible!
