It has been almost a year that I have cancelled my subscription . Online and in writing via customer service. They refused to cancel it and or refund my money. It took months for a reasonable response response. They offered to refund one months fee and refused to do so until after I took down my poor reviews of their site. . I informed them I would not do so until after the refund was made and paid in full. They know they were wrong and they use extortion to cohere me into removing an honest review! I filed a claim with the FBI & State of California E-commerce Online Fraud Department la. Never heard back from Cooymind. It’s easy to file the claims. It takes about 5 minutes. I do recommend filing if they are taking money unlawfully from you!
