I got a beautiful pair of earrings that went great with my earring stack. However, some of the gems ended up falling out. I emailed customer service about this issue and they were extremely helpful and were able to send me a new pair for free. But the second pair's gems also fell out, much faster than the first pair's. They're still wearable, but don't look great anymore.
