I cannot recommend this service because of the shipping issues. I paid for express shipping at $9.30 and was informed at checkout that it would arrive in 4 days. Now, on day 8, my order hasn’t even been dispatched! I’m still waiting for a refund and haven't received any response. I've had much better shipping, quality, and customer service from another provider.

Aside from the issue with the two earrings, I really enjoy my other pairs and have made multiple purchases. My ears are quite sensitive, yet I have never had a reaction to their jewelry. I wear my studs continuously for months.

The packaging was fantastic, including a cleaning cloth and a little pouch for safekeeping. I was pleasantly surprised by how adorable everything was upon opening the box. I ordered just one earring for my helix, and its quality is excellent and incredibly pretty!

My order was lost by the postal service, but the company promptly sent out a replacement. I was incredibly impressed. I usually opt for high-end gold jewelry when I can afford it, but these pieces are truly beautiful, very sparkly, and the flat backs are of high quality for titanium jewelry. They included a lovely box for storage, a small travel pouch for one or two earrings, and a mini microfiber cleaning cloth. An extra threadless end was included as a gift. I'm very satisfied with my order, and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
