Hopeless installation that took four installation bookings to eventually get the charger satisfactorily installed. From missing screws in the box to slow service from Cord to resolve and send additional screws the whole process was a nightmare.
After installation the charger has to be unplugged and plugged in again to continue a scheduled charge on day 2 if the battery didn’t reach 100% on the previous days schedule. This is very annoying. The Cord Zero is also a very big box on the wall when fitted so I would consider that if you have to walk past it regularly or if space is an issue. I bought it mainly for the longer guarantee so let’s hope they still exist as a business when I might need it.
