I called Cordoba to cancel my program after one payment into my account. This was after taking on a part-time job and realizing I could afford the payments myself instead of wrecking my credit for four years while I was in the program and then having to rebuild it for another 4 years. When I called and spoke to the gentleman he was very polite and I appreciated that but immediately I got a phone call from the person who first reached out to me and she was extremely rude, talking over top of me, trying to tell me that I had already ruined my credit which was not true. Yes it had taken a hit but it was not ruined. She told me that my accounts were already ruined which was not true. I had already made payments on them to bring them back to current. none of them were closed she was lying to me- and she eventually hung up on me. So whoever they have doing their sales is absolutely high pressure and mean and nasty. Not only that they're trying to convince me that I would only be paying 50% of what I owed except my monthly payments over the course of 5 years was only going to save me maybe 20 to 22%.
