I had to jump through hoops to speak with a real person, and that made me feel like I didn't matter to them. Since retaining Cordoba Legal Group I have been served twice with court papers from company's taking me to court, the first one I was met with a lawyer they provided that didn't know anything about the case they didn't send him any paperwork so that he could represent me vigorously. When I decided to leave then I only had $800 in my escrow account even though I was paying them over $680 a month over a year and they only negotiated three over my CC debts and only paying them $100 a month. I am very disappointed with Cordoba Legal Group and I would never every recommend them to my worst enemy let alone my friends and family, my advice to anyone looking for a debt consolidation company is to stay away from Cordoba Legal Group!!

I would like to say ur staff member that help my with my case is exceptional! I have been in debit collection with ur company since April 2024. And in which time this man was able to resolve my issue and allowed me to start living life again. I'm 52 on disability on limited income swimming in debit. Until this man help I was not able to have a penny left of my check, and now I have a few hundred put back in my pocket. Amen ty for ur honesty

Last week I spoke with a customer service representative, and we agreed on something that unfortunately was not honored. Today, someone else called me back, and we started talking about numbers, but in the end, their proposal didn't match the numbers I was given. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who can truly help me. This situation is becoming very stressful and complicated for me. Honestly, I do not recommend going through a process like this. With deceit and increases in my monthly payments, now they are asking for an increase of almost $200 per month!!! When I was told that my monthly payments would not increase. I understand the company's position of needing funds, but this was something that was not mentioned to me when making the contract. I clearly asked several times if more money would be requested from me, they said no; if the monthly payments would increase, they said no. I asked the same thing over and over; I was never told about requesting additional funds, I was never told that they might require increasing my monthly payments for a time. I was always told that the monthly payment would always be the same. If I had been told that, I would have prepared for it, but it was never mentioned to me. If they say it's in the contract, the person who reviewed the contract with me skipped that small but important part.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Here we go again with this whole process. When I signed up with this company, I asked several times if my payments would remain the same all the time. They told me yes. That there wouldn't be a single increase. Now, once again, they need to raise my payments. I agreed to an additional $50 per month months ago, and now they need another $50. So, what is this??? But, of course, they tell me that if I don't accept, I lose the opportunity and the bank will sue. We're already talking about $100 more per month. And will it keep going like this? So what they told you was a lie? And in the end, I'm the one who ends up losing. If you ask me for advice, I would say find another way to resolve your situation. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
