I am an insurance agent. I will never introduce my customers to Corebridge Financial anymore. The nurse who went to the customer's house wrote the customer's name wrong on the report. I called in to have status, the customer service picked up the phone, kept asking me to purchase the fall plan, saying everybody can fall. I am kept saying I just want my customer's status. She still tried to introduce me to the program. I called in another line for life insurance, it's an annuity line, and transferred me to the life insurance line, but nobody picked up the phone, and I got hung up. Horrible system. If you don't know how to do insurance, don't do it.
