Terrible, taking over 2 months to do a 403b to IRA rollover. For a reason NO ONE could explain, 95% of the money rolled over immediately, been trying to get the final balance to be rolled over for over a month. Every time I call I am on the phone for an hour and told everything is fine the money will be rolled over in 1-5 business days. Ridiculous, expect a long battle with them to get your money out.
Surrendered three different annuities via financial advisor and received zero confirmation (email or US mail) from Corebridge. This is very disturbing, as this could’ve been nefarious transactions.
The reason I was surrendering the annuities, as they were earning basically nothing and eating up the expenses.
How in the world does a corporation operate this way?
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING CARE FOR A LOVED ONE! This is not what my mother would have wanted for any of her children while trying to fulfill her final wishes. She passed on 10/13/25. I submitted all forms accurately, yet they sent me over $1,100 less than expected. When I called to dispute this, they advised me not to cash the check and promised to contact me to resolve the issue and send a new one. It’s been two weeks, and not a single call has come through. Each time I reach out, I hear excuses and empty promises about tickets being made for callbacks. This is an unprofessional, negligent, and deceitful service that preys on grieving families. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

I submitted the necessary cancellation forms, but due to a minor mistake on a checkbox, they refuse to assist me over the phone. Even though they can confirm my identity, they insist I resend all paperwork via physical mail. This isn’t about "security"; it’s a tactic to keep your money as long as possible. They do not deserve a single cent from their clients. Do yourself a favor: choose a service that truly values you and understands basic processes.

This service has the worst customer service. They hire individuals with very limited English skills and constantly put you on hold. They seem to go out of their way to provide terrible service. It's best to leave and find a reputable company that actually offers good service.
If I could rate them with zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been waiting almost eight months for the distribution of my retirement account. I've called multiple times and always get the same runaround. They claim to be waiting on the plan administrator but never provide updates or anything but empty apologies. Still no resolution.
This has been the worst customer service experience. Both my plan administrator and I have submitted the required forms to the provided email. Yet, I keep receiving emails stating they are still waiting for them. I send them again, only to get another email saying they haven't received the information they previously acknowledged. I asked a question, and was told they aren't permitted to answer. It's my account! I've dealt with other financial institutions and had pleasant experiences. This service is horrendous.
