Their failure to execute a straightforward transaction directly impacted my finances. Now, as I attempt to close this account for good, they are hindering me at every step. I submitted the necessary cancellation forms, but due to a minor mistake on a checkbox, they refuse to assist me over the phone. Even though they can confirm my identity, they insist I resend all paperwork via physical mail. This isn’t about "security"; it’s a tactic to keep your money as long as possible. They do not deserve a single cent from their clients. Do yourself a favor: choose a service that truly values you and understands basic processes.
