I could not recommend a shop less than Coreelle. The customer service is the absolute worst. They forgot to add a certificate to their order which meant that customs didn't allow it through. They did not do anything to help. I had to figure out what was wrong, why it was stopped, which certificate was needed. Even when I gave them all the information they just said "Oh so sorry you had this experience. We'll do our best in the future!" After asking them multiple times to get the certificate which would be very easy to obtain, I asked them to just resend the order without the product that made customs stop the order. They sent me the wrong order. At that point I accepted it and was done. Stupidly I placed another order for a specific product and I got an email that I could use a code to add on product with 15% discount within 2 hours of making my original order. I thought "Sure, why not". Oh boy... They wanted me to pay for shipping for the ADD ON order... That is 24.95$. Why would I pay for shipping AGAIN if it is just an add on?? So I emailed them with this question.. Ensue the most frustrating customer service interaction EVER. "You have not been charged for shipping!"(This was in my original order due to having enough for free shipping) "Oh no, you can't use 2 codes in one order" when it is a freaking separate order. I just cannot.
