The website is no longer trustworthy with prices. I have purchased in the past, and although the experience was good and I got what I ordered, the website has too many flaws. You cannot access the cart anymore and leads you straight to check out. If you want to remove items, you cannot do it on a separate tab.
Several products are adverstised as BUY ONE GET ONE but they charge you full price, or have only a certain discount. The so-called "discounts" are random, and they offer "free products" when in reality you are paying for the full prices and the discounts are based on that and not over the special offer. For example, they apply a $14.00 discount but it is done over the full price of TWO products that are listed as BUY ONE GET ONE. That discount should be applied on ONE, because you are already buying TWO for ONE.
I've already reported this but there is no solution. The webiste is faulty and there is no button for the cart. You have to go to a product and add it to your cart and THEN click on "go to cart"
It is a shame because they have a wide variety, but if they are not honest about the prices....

I do not recommend... I received my package, I didn't mess around and I thought it wasn't even my order, I didn't recognize it, there was a box with supposedly original size products which I didn't really receive since there were mini products and an eyeliner that didn't match my order, plus the shipping costs are really very high. There are much better Korean product stores at much lower prices😱😱😱
Incredibly generous company, with a wide range of amazing products. My most recent purchase was for their birthday beauty box and a random beauty box (and sun cream!)My goodness, I couldn't believe how much I received for what I paid - I felt so lucky! Lots of amazing items. Plus I got a generous amount of freebies on top of all that.I am so grateful to Coreelle and wanted to personally thank them for this.I feel like I hit the jackpot! I love every single one of the products.I highly recommend their boxes. Worth every penny!Postage was reasonable too and had no issues getting the parcel from Korea to Scotland.It's always quite special to receive a parcel from somewhere like South Korea. To think it was there and now it's in my house. It really makes me smile. Thank you, Coreelle! You have my sincere gratitude and praise. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
Ordered a skin care set for my sister and it was send to the billing address instead of her address. She didn’t get a birthday present and I received her present that I don’t want or need and have to spend much more than I paid for it to ship to the address in another country.Very disappointed. You had to do one thing right and that clearly was too much to ask. If you are ordering from this company check multiple times if they got the correct address.Can’t comment of the items don’t intend to use them as they are not suited to my skin.
This is a great company that sells Korean Beauty and other merchandise. There are some Korean Beauty products on the site that I haven't seen before elsewhere. I had a mixed up issue with an order and the company was responsive and able to resolved my issue on my order immediately. They have great customer service.
I saw a post of the Coreelle December box on Facebook.I am a huge K-beauty fan, but I hadn't heard of Coreelle before..The December beauty box had some amazing K-beauty products (a bonus!! I had been using other beauty box subscriptions in the past, but they weren't very good!) which I didn't want to miss out on.The postage didn't cost much at all, considering it's coming straight from Korea.My parcel arrived just over a week after ordering, which was during the Christmas and New Year holidays!I'm so happy with these products and the fantastic supply of samples and will continue purchasing the monthly box, as well as some food supplies from the shop.
I have just ordered two parcels and I have to pay 54.50€ in CUSTOMS via DHL.At no time is it indicated, it's really mean when I see that other comments from all over the world had the same problem.Customer service is the worst of the worst. They offer a refund by not taking the package and in exchange pay the shipping costs AND RETURN.So in all cases you have to pay. I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend it. You might as well order from YESSTYLE or IHERB.
