Very bad customer service
I booked a flight from bomaire to the Netherlands. Due to heavy snow in the Netjerlands the flight was delayed and rescheduled. The information was very bad. When I got home i made a claim for my costs to spent another night. Its for 4 weeks now… still not any information.
The flight was nice, the crew was friendly but in case if any problem don’t call them! In The office in Bonaire, the lady said you will get a free pastechi in the airport!!! Is that a place to sleep or my dinner and breakfast???
