Very bad customer service
I booked a flight from bomaire to the Netherlands. Due to heavy snow in the Netjerlands the flight was delayed and rescheduled. The information was very bad. When I got home i made a claim for my costs to spent another night. Its for 4 weeks now… still not any information.
The flight was nice, the crew was friendly but in case if any problem don’t call them! In The office in Bonaire, the lady said you will get a free pastechi in the airport!!! Is that a place to sleep or my dinner and breakfast???
We booked a round-trip ticket with Corendon Airlines. First, our outbound flight (Izmir → Düsseldorf) was cancelled and we were pushed into “manage/cancel” flows instead of being properly assisted with clear alternatives.
Then, as if that wasn’t enough, our return flight (Cologne-Bonn → Izmir) was also shown as cancelled on their website.
This process was extremely disruptive and stressful. The communication and support were not acceptable for a situation that affects people’s travel plans, time, and money.
After this experience, we will never choose Corendon Airlines again. Based on what we went through, I strongly recommend others think twice before booking with them.
Do not book with this company! They modified the departure time with 3 hours earlier without informing us, and then ignored completely our complaints. They are scammers that further on lied to our face in order to not pay compensation. They just said to us that we need tix our own problems somehow. We needed to book new expensive flights to get back home. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!
