The communication was fantastic- Arjun dealt with all communication with me via call or text and he was brilliant. He called me back quickly if I had any questions and also text back quickly. He chased up any concerns I had. I booked a full body MRI with the booking calendar and got the date I requested but had to go to a scanning centre a bit further away. The scan date and location is not confirmed until you speak to the first GP to discuss the reason for the MRI. I did ask if the MRI would pick up a certain medical condition and was told by the first GP it would. After the scan I found out it did not pick up the medical condition I wanted and a different type of MRI with diffusion weighted imaging was needed. Ensure you double check if you are wanting a scan to pick up something specific. This part was dissapointing however the scan did pick up a number of other concerns which was worth while.The 2nd GP appointment with Dr Shivali Patel was excellent l. She explained everything to me and made quick reports to send to my GP for follow up. I choose get scanned as I did not need a GP referral for a quick appointment. The results took 4 days for the report and they sent me the MRI images on the same day as requested via email. Overall I was happy with this service although dissapointed that the first GP call advised it would pick up a certain medical condition but it didn’t.
